Mechanical processing
Our company has the ability to mechanically process both simple and complex elements. We make parts based on the entrusted construction documentation or we can prepare it ourselves upon request.
We can create a digital 3D model with a technical drawing based on the physically delivered element, thanks to the use of advanced CAD/CAM software (Solid Edge, GibbsCAM).
The company’s potential in the field of processing is evidenced by its modern and diversified machinery.
It includes four-axis vertical and horizontal machining centres and numerically controlled lathes from Chiron, Kitamura Hass, and DMG. Thanks to the use of computer control of numerical devices based on GE-Fanuc and Simmens controllers, we can significantly increase the precision and repeatability of the production process.
The company also uses highly efficient Gildemeister and Tornos multi-spindle machines and Gnutti and Gozio semi-automatic machines, as well as conventional lathes and milling machines.
Thanks to the implemented multi-stage quality control system, our production is characterised by exceptional precision and repeatability of parts.
Machining
Depending on the required shape or surface roughness, we use CNC milling, CNC turning, threading and drilling.
Forging
The scope of work includes both brass and steel. We offer:
- hot forging using the cavity technique
- shot blasting
- bending steel pipes to a maximum diameter of 63.5 mm
- soldering with silver hard solder
Surface processing
Our portfolio includes grinding and polishing using manual and semi-automatic techniques.
We have extensive experience in preparing surfaces for galvanic and varnish coatings.
We provide services in the field of grinding and polishing of parts made of non-ferrous metals.
The scope of processing includes:
- grinding
- manual and automatic polishing
- decorative brushing
- vibration processing of parts – polishing
Galvanic coatings
Depending on the material and expected results, creating decorative coatings or multi-layer coatings to use seals that increase corrosion resistance, it is possible to use various coating methods:
- hanging galvanic coating – automated coating application process,
- which includes: nickel plating, chromating, copper plating, gold plating, blackening
- black nickel plating
- powder paint coating – TRIBO method
- covering with transparent paints – full colour palette
